A lush, contemporary restaurant inspired by nature.
A dialogue between architecture, nature and atmosphere, RÓÓT is a restaurant conceived as a warm and inviting retreat within a contemporary architectural setting. Originally an outdoor space, the area was transformed into a light-filled interior through the addition of a glass roof and façade, preserving a sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.
The design introduces a softer, more organic language, where sculptural trees, lush greenery and flowing forms create an unexpected sense of intimacy. Natural timber, richly veined stone and muted sage tones bring warmth and texture, while suspended lanterns create a gentle rhythm of light throughout the space.
Every piece of furniture and lighting was custom-designed by Hanna Stína specifically for the project, from the curved upholstered banquettes to the individual tables and chairs, creating a cohesive and distinctive design language. The result is a layered, atmospheric interior where architecture, nature and bespoke craftsmanship come together to create a refined yet relaxed dining experience.
