The House on the Hill
A sophisticated private residence with modern character.
A contemporary private residence where strong architectural elements, refined materials and bespoke design come together to create a sophisticated yet welcoming home. The concept explores the contrast between dark, dramatic finishes and light, open spaces, balancing modern elegance with warmth, comfort and a distinctive sense of character.
Dark-stained oak cabinetry, custom-designed furniture and natural oak herringbone flooring establish a cohesive identity throughout. A striking Arabescato Orobico Grigio marble kitchen island forms a central feature, while bespoke joinery, sculptural partitions and carefully considered detailing bring depth and individuality to the interiors.
Open living areas transition into more intimate private spaces, each with its own distinct character. Tactile materials, layered lighting and thoughtful proportions create a sense of understated luxury, bringing together craftsmanship, comfort and contemporary elegance.
